This upgrade is subject to approval of governance proposal #35. The network upgrade combines existing governance modules of cosmos-sdk to ensure that only users who delegate FET on the Fetch.ai mainnet can vote. Holders who hold or stake on Ethereum, BSC, or Cardano are not affected.
